This video made me think of something Dr. Mark Warschauer said in his book "Electronic Literacies: language, culture, and power in online education", about digital literacy, that I consider to be great 'food for thought': "...technologies can contribute to altering conceptions of literacies, but the extent to which they do so depends on the broader social and economic contexts in which they emerge". What to say about us here, in Brazil?
